As very year the Eco-Park Xcaret,hosts the Sacred Mayan Journey from May 17-19.This is an event the mayan canoeists head to Cozumel, reenanciting the ritual of the ancient sailors. Dance, ceremonies,commerce andthe physical effort of the oarsmen are key elements of the pilgrimage in search of the message that stems from the oracle of the gooddess Ixchel. More than 300 canoeists will perform the sacred journey to show the world their discipline, good attitud, and Faith.
