This beautifully decorated condo is colorful and comfortable for you and your family, it’s fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, oven, washer, dryer, Wifi, Netflix) Our 2bed/2bath apartment in the famous La Coccinella Residences is literally in the heart of all the action in Playa! Mamita’s Beach is super close as well as 5th avenue! If you are a coffee lover, there is a Starbucks cafe only a minute away from this lovely condo!

No car needed! But we do have a private parking space for your rental car, should you choose to have one.

Guests will have access to the pool. There is a private balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and pool. Security gates keep complete privacy and security.

* Turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving
* Close doors and windows when leaving
* Be careful with makeup on facial towels, stained towel cost $ 20usd
* Do not sit on the sofas if you have sunscreen and wet swimsuit, by staining cost $ 70usd sofas (there are some bedsheets available for you to put on the sofa in case you have sunscreen on or you just got back from the beach or swimming pool, they are in the master bedroom closet)
